Chris has been open about his depression for years, but he mostly expressed it in his lyrics. For 30 years, he's been writing about suicide, depression, and how he was struggling to be happy..but people shrugged it off as just songs. It's sad. But he didn't commit suicide because he was trying to "save" the children. The children are saved everyday by law enforcement; it just doesn't make the news. Every police department has a child trafficking unit, and the FBI does great work as well. They do a great job exposing/destroying large pedophile organizations. Also, if there really were millions of children being stolen off the streets everyday by world-ruling pedophiles, it would reflect in our population and in our schools' populations. Eventually, our schools would have less and less children..and our country would have less and less children. Children do get kidnapped and pedophiles do exist, but not in the way that you think. They aren't powerful at all..if they were powerful, they wouldn't have to be held in protective custody when they go to jail/prison.

I Love Chris Cornell. I think he was the most talented of the bunch with the most versatile voice of them all. But this was a Layne song. Trying to cover Layne is like trying to cover Janis Joplin. The voice is so distinctive that it’s very hard to cover it and not feel like there’s something lacking
