Just an FYI - the L3 and R3 placement is intentional so you can map things such as Drive Impact in SF6
I've been holding out on button boxes for years because of the price point. It's a trimmed down specialized keyboard and seeing those eye bleeding $250-300 pricetags was more than enough for me to swear off all the companies robbing people. Glad to see a company putting out great products at a realistic price point.
I purchased one and I love it. If you end up buying one make sure you plug it on at the top when you set it up.
They aren’t “robbing” people. They are high quality products. My victrix is $400 and one of the highest quality devices I have ever laid hands on.
People want to blame companies for their own personal brokeness. If they could sell them for $50 they would but the aluminum chassis is worth more than that. Go build your own stick and it will cost more and not be nearly the same quality. It also won’t work on ps5z

I play on keyboard right now but I ordered a T13 from Haute because I am *constantly* accidentally pressing other keys on my keyboard when playing, so I get a lot of miss inputs from fat-fingering. I also wanted something personalized, so I ordered some art and etched foam to go with it! I'm excited for it to arrive, and thus watching Haute reviews until then lol.

i bought an s16 as my first hit box for street fighter and i’m actually obsessed with it it’s so cool
Been using the g16 for tekken and it’s great. The controller being hot-swappable makes it fun to change between tactile and linear switches. Since I’m strictly a console player I did have to get a brook converter but the total is still cheaper than other competitors so I’m still satisfied.
I have a T16, the bigger version of the S16 and its fantastic

I want that specific controller but sadly it isn't a ps5 supported ... Hopefully they have an update on it or something that can do ps5
I bought a brooks converter for mine. However I was told to get it to work on PS5 without a converter you have to get the right files which isnt provided by haute. You have to get it from your own PS5 controller or something.

Do you play on the steamdeck? I didn't realize you could use controllers with the steamdeck
I was mainly testing it on the deck, I mainly play on PC. Steam deck is for other games 😎
I believe they don't work on PS5 which is a huge problem
They do either if you follow the tutorial on how to set them up for PS5 on their site, or if you just straight-up slap an adapter in the passthrough
Letting me choose my SOCD mode is a guarantee sale. Tired of the whiny 1% tourny nerds setting the rules for how everyone else gets to play.
