I grew up in Spring Brach (lived off Antoine/I-10, then Antoine/Long Point) for middle school, high school, and college years). Just moved back, decades later, to Antoine & 290. I'm ALWAYS off Antoine, lol. I never "wanted to come back" to Spring Branch, but now that I'm back...I'm happy to see how the area has changed but also stayed the same. And yes, I love that it is close to the city.
I have lived in spring branch for a long time. There's quite a bit of incorrect and misleading info about this. I hope ya'll are just ignorant and not intentionally lying to people. I know that the two of you don't live in spring branch.
James, thanks for your perspective! We are doing a Spring Branch / Memorial Villages compared video next. We will definitely highlight how different it is North of I 10 vs South.
Thank you for your comments Bessie! We find that Spring Branch is one of those unique communities where people stay and never leave or leave and come back. What’s your favorite part of Spring Branch?
@@livinginhoustontexasmimsgroup Can you recommend a ghettoish part of spring branch if there is one ? I don't like living in quiet, boring places. I like police sirens, loud yellling/cursing, gunshots, street fights, hoes and pimps, and the other jungle ghetto sights and sounds you see. I find it very entertaining.
Who would have known that Houston has fault lines?! We live in the Heights and there is also a fault line there. When was the last time you experienced a tremor or an earth earthquake?😀
Thanks for the comment Andrea! Has the fault caused any damage to your foundation? Foundations are always a concern around here with the expansive (clay) soils and moisture. What part of Houston are you from?
Chandler, thank you for your comment! It is an area that is in transition and compared to Memorial and Memorial Villages, Spring Branch may not be as nice, however, many people think it's a great place to live.
