Lol find every screw that’s on the dirt bin and tighten them including the ones in the dirt bin, then tighten the screws in the bag chamber and in the hose end into the machine and other screws you can find I did this and it doesn’t sound like an old truck honking anymore lol

@beko1987 yeah Sam since my posting I've got rid of mine and now acquired another woth the powerhead - a good machine but still - the filtration is a disaster!
Hi Sam i have all three models of shark cylinder from the full duo clean powerhead, The only Anti hair wrap powerhead and the same as yours the straight suction head and i think they are all brilliant they all have their specific uses in my house the straight suction is used solely for above floor cleaning and hard floors i particularly love how maneuverable they are and how easy the bin is to keep clean, it`s funny I`ve always been an upright fan all my life but i had to have these obviously
If it liked the upstairs carpet it would have been a different answer, but it didn't. Such a shame as it picked up loads of dirt from the rug in straight suction mode
That was so useful, thank you. I have two old Sharks that I love because they have revolving brushes. Don't like the new ones because of the red roller at the front, sticks horribly on carpet. This one would be hopeless, flat head, no revolving brush. I have only recently found your channel, and Parwaz's. Hours of entertainment and information, you are doing a great job, I have subscribed!
Thanks! If you just had laminate flooring it would be a wonderful machine* There is a powerhead version available that isn't the duo clean, might be worth a look, the returns process was ever we easy although you'll need a dpd pickup location near you if you send it back 👍

Various websites say it weights 4kg, 8.5kg, 10kg. How much weights machine itself? Obviously we don't care about weight of boxed product.
Hey Sam. How you finding it, I did put up a couple of vids of my shark duo clean pet cylinder, I do love it but it’s had a few drawbacks, ( also sorry for not getting back over the tristar head, been in hospital so much and had covid twice in a month so had chemo pushed back again and again and again, will be in touch within a week or so with those pics, ). Did you not fancy the one with the powerhead
Hi! Ive not got the house for a powerhead, so it seemed silly. Plus I've used both of those heads before (ish) on other shark vacs. Was hoping the straight suction head would be really good but it's awful 😭 2nd vid is filmed and coming soon but it got dropped off at the dpd shop this afternoon and went back 😂 I'd get the powerhead one next time for sure, but then the filtration will still be pretty bad.
I did notice a lot more dust round the house untill I tightened all the screws up and it’s much better now ( I’m on the third one. ) exhaust filter does clog with carbon quite quickly as well, the first one I had the exhaust filter was covered in dirt that came through the motor from the tank. That one went back lol. This third one is not bad and it’s taken a real battering so far
Their lovely to use. On the laminate the straight suction one is really nice. The wand is telescopic as well which makes it taller than I've heard the flexology one is. Picked up a decent amount of dirt once it got going though, it just about liked the front roll rug, but upstairs it's un movable. Just jams itself onto the pile 😢

My powerhead seems to cope with everything I throw at it and my neighbour as well, she takes it to work and dies a huge house with it that has 2 very big hairy dogs and 3 very hairy cats, she also uses it in her own house with1 dog and 2 hairy cats and then there’s me with 6 hair exploding cats all over the house lol and the cat litter, always use it carpet more as well even on my hard floors, it cleans much better on carpet mode and the power fins make a difference with the pet hair, Hope you get to try the powerhead model, biggest problem I have now is the cyclone is not as effective as the uprights it dies get clogged with long hair wrapping round the whole length of it, but on the whole it’s my daily and I love it

My floor head has no suction but the wand still has suction any idea what the problem is thankyou
I'd check for clogs in the head, and also check the internal hose isn't torn. If there's good suction from the wand your problem is elsewhere 😢
That floor head does look pretty horrible.
It was a huge let down tbh, EU tastic and not nice if your carpet doesn't like the head 😂
