Awesome work! I’ve always wanted to cover this one. I always just thought that it was a gain LFO or something doing a tremolo type effect on the vocals, didn’t even think the stretching itself would cause those perfect stutters. Really want a S3000 now!
This was the first time I'd done any proper time stretching on a voice with the S3K, you can probably hear the excitement in my voice in that last half 😂 Thanks for the kind words man, love your covers as well
It would fit with the time of MHTRTC! Only just figuring it out, the built in effects are great. The default "ping pong delay" setting was in the ballpark straight away on this dialogue sample I think.
@@caniacattack They mentioned in an interview that they favoured the S1000 I think. It was the effects built into the S3K that brought that Sesame Street sample to life in this video though- I don't think the earlier S series samplers had built in multi effects boards, but I may be wrong (I have two S3Ks and one doesn't have the same effects as the other). The "Ping-pong" delay used in this video was close enough for me 👌 Got a good buzz from playing around with the sample and the mix
Holy shit. This is one of the most authentic BoC-kind of mixing I ever heard.
I agree. I watch boc covers on UA-cam every day
This is beautiful. I like how its not exactly the same. It's like hearing it again for the first time.
Woah, beautiful, it's like being there, a taste of a BOC live show which might never happen. Thanks also for the multiple angles video, great stuff
Absolute respect on this. Absolute fire.
You are kidding me! Nice job!
Absolutely amazing.
Sent shivers down my spine. Good stuff.
You have a very lucky cat 😸
This is the best video I will watch all week. Thanks!
Thanks!

@@paulgstewart Thanks dude. Totally, I would’ve been excited too! That time factor knob sounds amazing.
ua-cam.com/video/c_4ca1Aj4i8/v-deo.html 'Dandelion' was a fun one to try and recreate as well!

You absolutely killed it, had to take a double take, keep up the work🦾
Great job! Beautiful version.

Using the same sampler they did I think! Respect.

They used similar ones from the series, not this exact one, S1000, S2000 etc
