Your laundry is meticulous and it is nice to see someone take so much pride. I am struggling in particular with shirts and white shirts are the most challenging of all. To the degree I shy away from wearing white shirts as I am clumsy with coffee! I will be following the guidance in your video. Greetings from England!
“I do” hehehe love that Mrs. Denise! And thank you for these great tips for my family’s laundry. I’m such an old soul and traditional homemaker type of Lady and laundry, specifically, is a bit of a passion of mine. We had to iron everyday. My mom did my stepdads shirts too…until she started working. I can still smell that starch. My grandmother ONLY used Tide, no others. I only like to use white face towels, I’m going to try this method on some that are dingy right after bathing. Thank you Madame!
Your voice and the background music were so pleasant to listen to. I honestly think I wouldn’t have watched this video in its entirety if it weren’t for the combination of those two things. Normally, I’m not patient enough to sit through entire videos like this but that music REALLY helped tame my anxiousness. Thank you.
Wow those shirts are white!! I would love to use tide but my husband’s allergic. I heard you say too much bleach causes the clothes to get yellow, I never knew that. Thank you very helpful!
I love her method and I agree with the fact that Clorox is the bleach that she is using. My wife uses Clorox exclusively and it is the best bleach there is on the market. No other brand of bleach works as well at disinfecting and whitening as Clorox...
Love your videos. I learned in that the best temperature to use to whiten whites is COLD water. That's what nursing homes and hospitals use to lift stains especially blood. Thanks for the info. Tide IS the best. ❤😁
Lynn Calhoun hey Lynn Calhoun, thank you so much for viewing and commenting. You are one of my biggest fans. Thanks for always being in my corner. I’m planning my second quarter. What content would you like to see?
Oh I hear ya! One of my chores as a teenager was ironing dad's shirts. I forewarned my husband before we got married that ironing is not on the list lol Great video! #vrafam
We still iron our clothes, but never underwear, sheets. I remember my mom used to tell us that they had to iron the sheets, and underwear. I thought that was crazy because the sheets are going to get wrinkled in the bed, and you're going to have on the underwear, what's the purpose? Not in my household. I taught all of my kids how to wash and iron around 9 years old. There clothes bad to be iron and have a crease in them, especially the pants. I can't believe how some people have never been taught this. The grandkids were taught too, among cooking too. Boys and girls. One of my brothers and I started learning how to cook at 5 and 6 1/2 years old. Nothing major at first, but as the years went by, we learned how to cook other foods.
My Mother - In -Law took a lot of pride In doing her laundry, like this lady does..and people would compliment her behind her back, and say she looks like she just stepped out of Vogue Magazine..

Martha, it is always nice to hear from you. I'm glad the information was helpful.
SMART LADY. 👍
Appreciate this. Lost art of being a homemaker
Thank you. I'm trying to help.
Love tips
Whites can be a challenge. No one wants dingy or yellowed whites. What kind of whites are you washing? Shirts? Sheets? Towels?
Women who want to be wives, take some lessons from this woman!
You are so incredibly sweet! Loved the video!
Oh, she's venting at the end. Girl, let it out.
🥴 I don’t iron either ✅🤣🤣💪
You get a thumbs down for making your man iron his own shirt!!
So many chemicals .... Not for me ... only eco friendly and non toxic. Baking soda does a good job to whiten.
Baking soda is a chemical 🤣 soda ash and ammonia hun
I’m sure he is an excellent ironer.
