Greenwood Village is the best area for middle to upper class families to the rich. Besides Greenwood Village, there is a more expensive area, namely Cherry Hills Village. The house is about 1.5 million to 20 million, there are fenced houses and gate communities.
Many trees, parks, the best schools, quiet and comfortable but housing prices are very expensive for the lower middle class.
I've lived in Littletoon for 10 years, nice to meet you.
I love comments like these! Helpful and from a resident! Thank you!

It really is the Best Suburb of Denver
We love it!
I love how beautiful it is. Too expensive for me. I visited Happy Church on Orchard Rd. A couple of times. Neighborhood is so quiet makes me wonder do they ever come outside.
My family moved to Greenwood Village in 1974 when my dad was transferred there with Marriott Hotels. I could swear you are walking up and down the streets in my old neighborhood. It's a great place and Cherry Creek High School [class of '81] is outstanding. However it is grades 9-12 and typically about 900 students per grade. Very, very affluent, almost to a fault. Other schools love to hate CCHS because CCHS is often state champions in everything you can think of. While you'd want your kids in a great school, a more balanced, diverse experience in a smaller school might be a good alternative. It's a very "little fish in a big pond" in an affluent neighborhood with significant peer pressure to keep up with the latest trends. Just a thought.
This is a very important and helpful perspective! We definitely help folks who really want that competitive big world experience for their kids in high school, and others who want a good education, with less pressure and more balance. Very worthy of consideration. Appreciate the comment very much!
Greenwood village is a beautiful place but the houses are too expensive
Thank you and please do Cherry Creek and other areas you mention at the end please!
I found your video on Cherry Creek!
Definitely trying to get to all of these spots!
