Wife and I are eyeing Westminster as a more affordable alternative to Denver proper, and are super interested. Currently in TX, so a little intimidated by the fact that we'd be taking on a state income tax lol, but the lifestyle change seems like it would be worth it.

It would be nice if you would show some of the older parts of town. Like between the turnpike & 68th Ave. & Sheridan to Federal Blvd. I lived there for 22 years in the 60's & 70's. Everybody can't afford those 3&4 story houses in the northwest part of Westy.
