I loved the anti gravity scene!
I thought it was fine. Not terrible, not great. We should probably expect more from an Alien movie. The first two qill most likely never be topped.
Please please Tom and Matt, review Condorman! You will love it.
Yes please guys!!
Thought it was brilliant, I’ve always been a hater of aliens and it’s nice to have a sequel that’s more like the first one.
Also Ian Holms feature was animatronic not cgi!
When do they make the suicide run to blow up the Death Star?
Serious note though, I'm watching the Alien movies for the first time right now and having a blast.
I enjoyed 2/3 of the movie but I've never liked the idea of giving the Xenomorphs an origin (which was pretty much only done because Ridley Scott didn't like the Queen Alien that James Cameron introduced) so I wasn't a fan of the stuff that Alien Romulus brought over from Prometheus. Also, the hybrid at the end was a bad idea when it was originally done in Alien Resurrection and it's still a bad idea in Romulus, and the Ian Holme stuff was completely unnecessary and totally distracting with how bad it looked. Everything else was fine though.
My review: "15 year old kids with cockney accents re-enact classic scenes and regurgitate lines from the first two Alien films. 1/10".
I didnt think it was very good. 4.5/5 . Teenage Chavs-in-Space wasnt what I was looking for.
The previous two films were stunning, and i loved the world and mood they created.
I didnt enjoy any part of this movie, except seeing that obnoxious boy meet his deserved end ; and the Final Boss.
Romulus is an insult to the original. The only thing they got right was the set design.everything else is utter garbage.
