I like the simplicity of this explanation. There are some interviews in which the question is literally "explain me what is a neural network, but assume I'm a CEO and I know nothing about math or deep learning". THIS is the video to paraphrase!

Just wow. I want to strongly appreciate this easy to grab Neural Network explanation. Although I am know at later stage of my deep learning course at University, this is by far the best and easiest explanation of basic concept of neural network.
