    Nice! Making one from a 30gal. Plastic. I've been using a custom air gun with 2" PVC reservoir works great! Leas air used but I do mostly small stuff. Thanks for the Video. Thems are still some Cash at $350.... No doubt well worth once you start to use one.

    mine is about ten years old now --I would recommend not ordering the casters and installing larger ones to raise it up

    That's a great review, exactly what I've been looking for. Did you do anything special with the shop vac, or just hook it up with regular filer inside?
    Also, have you tried different medium types?

    Is this suitable for blasting example old Bmw airhead cylinders and headers? And what media would be best for aluminum parts?

    I just came across your video, what’s the dimensions of the door opening compared to a cheap harbor freight cabinet blaster, I’m really serious about getting one cause I restore cast iron furniture, and I’m wanting a sand blaster vs using soft wire wheel stripping. Thx for the video, I’m trying to compare prices cause with harbor freight cabinets, everybody is saying they need upgraded to work right, I want something I can unbox and immediately start using, do you still have yours, I’m just scared the opening in the end of the barrel might be to small, your thoughts please!

    What size compressor did you use?

    • @michaelmcdavid4063
      @michaelmcdavid4063 Рік тому

      In order to operate The Barrel Blaster® continuously, you need a 5 horsepower or larger compressor. You can get by with a smaller compressor if you’re utilizing it for intermittent use.

      @TheBMWGuy  2 місяці тому

      I’ve since upgraded to a 7.5hp 25 CFM compressor. The one in the video is a 5CFM, I can hook you up with a nice compressor if you want. E-mail thebmwguy126@gmail.com
