Can We Fix the Baler Door or Did I Just Make it Worse?? Round Baler Saga Continues...

- Hey everyone!
Today we're working on the Vermeer 605F round baler trying to see if we can figure out why the door will not raise. Can we get it fixed and working properly again? Or did I just make everything worse?
Thanks for the video always something to work on with equipment could be bypassing cylinder on the baler cap one side and work it then other one caps or plugs are cheap

@@ronzezulka6646 I have not been up north since I moved my equipment from Rick’s.
Could be the Seals in the cylinders. Leaking internally, flow control valve?

@@ronzezulka6646 Yes I was. Beginning of the video I had one of my shirts on, and end of the video was a just a few acres shirt.

@@ronzezulka6646 Eventually I will go through and get a bunch to distribute. As of right now only two “This Old Farm” shirts exist and they’re the two I have.
Is the the MD by the 806?
@@ronzezulka6646 yes it is. I’d like to complete it this winter if I can. But I will need to come up with a good workspace for it. The garage with the cement floor in it we were using to work on tractors in has been taken over by junk.

@@tonyx3768 Thanks Tony! My dad has done some research, guess there was something about putting a clear return line on and that would give you a sign of failed injector. I’m not sure what all he’s trying to do, I tend to let him run on his own with his hair brain ideas
