Does this have an internal battery to maintain programming? I purchased a switch similar to this one and within 3 years the internal battery failed and the whole switch had to be replaced.
what is the blue wire that you call "low" wire ? In USA, all outlets have only hot (black and sometimes red), neutral and ground. There is no blue wire at all. My guess the blue wire the the one that goes to the light. When the switch is ON, the black and blue wires are connected turning ON the light. The neutral wire is simply to supply this timer switch some power from the hot wire. Without neutral,. this time switch won't work. I am getting one today from Amazon, so I watch this video.

@@Bnlink_Inc the biggest thing was custom service not every one knew how to help me with this device. And instructions is horrible I know someone who could write them better so anyone could understand.
Mine has an internal battery. I don’t even have mine wired up yet and the time is displayed. I’m guessing that the settings will be saved in case of a power outage.
So Auto and off to the left bottom of Auto means its on auto? why does my only show mon when I select all days do i have to set all days for every day???
Hello, the 'Auto' is an indicator that you want the timer switch to automatically run the program times you have set. If it says 'Off' it means that while you are programming it, your lights should currently be off based on the times you have programmed. There should be a day combination for all 7 days of the week. Various preset day combinations can be found by hitting the 'Day' button. Please give us a call at (909)592-1881 between Monday-Friday from 9 am till 5 pm PST we would be more than happy to assist you.
So once you've set the PROGRAM for one day, I assume you have to set it 6 more times for it to work all days? Printed instructions are not as helpful as the Video.
Hello Robert, if you want the same program to run all seven days of the week then you can set it by pressing the 'DAY' button until all seven days appear up on top of the screen. If there is still some programming confusion, please call us at (909)592-1881 M-F 8am-5pm PST we would be more than happy to assist you.

I ordered mine from Amazon and there aren’t any instructions. Does this have a timer where whenever you turn on the light it will turn itself off after some time? That is the reason I purchased this switch because the description on Amazon said it has this type of automatic timer.
Is there a way to just turn the light on at any time with out programming it?
Very helpful, thank you.

Do these work on a 20 amp breaker

This is completely odd, and unlike American Wiring.
The blue wire from the TIMER is the Normally Closed contact for wiring in a 3-way configuration.
@@MrBobman49 WHERE DO YOU ATTACH THAT BLUE WIRE FROM THE TIMER?
@@alvinwconstantine72did you ever figure this out? I’m stuck as well
My wall outlet only has two wires. What am I doing with the other 3? I see two blacks and a white
Hello, thank you for contacting us. Please send over a picture of your wiring to support@bn-link.com
This is so difficult i will be returning this soon. What a waste of my time besides if there's a power outage all my settings will be lost anyway.

It can work if I don't have a ground wire.

This video completely ignores the blue wire clearly attached to this model. Useless.
