Can I glaze de mousse about 3-4 hours before serving and have it still be as shiny? 2) If so, after glazing should I keep in the fridge, freezer or room temp? 3) Lastly, if freezer, how long before serving should I take them out for the mousse to be creamy as shown? I guess it is late, but you can prepare it in advance, glaze it even a day before serving and store in fridge. It will look the same. Do not worry.
