using unlabeled dicom images is fine. The cautious approach to using anonymized data is merely performative and similar to the dawn of anatomy when it was done under the cover of darkness

even a scaled down image still takes 55sec we need a few moore's law doubling time or two, just like it took to get gen AI. It's fascinating but unfortunately too slow and primitive like a 9600 baud modem
