the last case where the plaintiff sues the mother of a girl killed by car accident was just DEPLORABLE. Don't know if i've ever hated a plaintiff more than i have with her

The one case that wasn’t included here that rattled even Judge Judy was the case where the daughter and her mother sued her dad to obtain the title of a truck he had purchased for her but that he was having her pay him back for. The dad was heartbroken, and you could see that JJ felt really bad for him, and for the daughter. Because of some petty maneuvering by the mom, the relationship between dad and daughter was destroyed. JJ is well known for the love she had for her own father, so the case really seemed to affect her.
