Paul and Morgan I'm just now overcoming my slavery to my need to be accepted by others. I now understand God's love for me and no longer need the approval of others cause God's love is more and enough for me. I'm not afraid that I'm not worth being loved by others cause God loves me NO MATTER how much I struggle. His love is uncondiftional unlike acceptance based on performance from others.
Just felt like i had to say this. The Bible shows that we are all slaves. Romans 6:20 says how we were slaves to sin, but the Christian, as Ephesians 6:6 shows, is a slave to Christ. God Bless

I’m learning how to get free from my marriage and feeling like I am the one that’s suppose to help my husband I’m powerless in the fact of his choices and mindsets and whatever he does isn’t a result of what I am or am not doing. Its his heart and I’m learning to accept the season we’re in right now and trust God. Please pray for unity and oneness in my marriage thanks.

5:45 - I'll be honest, I've never done one of these "answer the question at the end of the video" type comments but you guys seem very nice and perhaps my story could inspire you.
Currently 20 years old, attending BYU. Used to be Mormon for almost 17 years but I kinda came to the end of myself and as the saying goes, when you get to the end of yourself you get to the beginning of God. Some things he relieved me of almost instantly as the spirit began to renew me. He rid me of anger, pride, and self-righteousness, and gave me love for others, whereas before I had trouble even loving my own parents. I'd had struggles with lust for some time but now even that is hanging on by a thread, nowhere near the slave master it used to be. Praise God for what he has done for people like me and I hope he continues to bless your channel! I'm just a broke college student so I can't do much to help you financially but you got my sub. Thumbs up from me, keep up the good work!
I'm a slave for Jesus, He's my everything. But I've been battling anxiety issues all my life and slowly overcoming it. Biggest issue now is driving anxiety.....sucks having to pay for an uber/lyft all the time. But God is working on me and I'm excited. God bless you guys. Love this!! We can be sure in our freedom in Christ! Paul, I totally agree with the peace the Lord provides. As far as what I'm a slave to... actually in the last couple days the Lord has been placing it on my heart that I need to give my singleness over to him. It can consume my thoughts. When I see a person I usually first think "what is their relationship status?" but I should be thinking "what is the status of their soul? Do they know the Lord?". God is telling me to change my perspective and give my singleness over to him so that I am fully trusting him.
Hey! I think by giving your singleness completely to God you are showing that you trust God’s timing :) So Amen. That doesn’t mean you can’t still keep an eye out tho😊😉
Haha yeah, I wouldn't be opposed if someone were to ask me out! I'm a senior in college and I've never dated someone so sometimes I worry about that or when someone will come. And I think that's why God is helping me give that over to him. So I'm changing my focus... but I wouldn't mind if God brought someone into the picture 😊
By his stripes I am healed! This is truth. ♡
I am learning and trying to be patient with myself in believing this truth. May God continue to renew and refine me and increase my faith to believe in the freedom he has given me. Freedom from lies, rumination disorden, anxiety and depression. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thanks Paul.I struggled with porn addiction of 2 years and im only 17.Everything bad i told God i would never do i did.Except sleep with this one girl and i thanked the lord so much he kept me from losing such an important thing.A month ago i became a real Christian not the lukewarm one i was before.But my past had been following me and everytime i even look at a girl i beat myself up because i feel god won't like me after.I look at a girls outfit and boom my day is ruined.This video made me cry,im free now.Thanks for clarifying gods word.God bless bro

God is always with me, I just allow so much worldly noise into my mind and soul, and refuse to seek Him. I'm asking Him tonight for peace because He never fails me.

I found your channel a couple of weeks ago and I keep going back to it. Thank you for your videos, they gave me a lot to think about. If possible, I would love to see a video about dating and marriage while being a student in university (since I will attend it until I’m 25: med student)
This video has helped me out so much, since my studies really put me under a lot of pressure, which resulted in bad anxiety and depression. Rebuilding my faith and doing bible studies, as well as worship and prayer has truly helped and healed me.

Great topic! It is so tempting to fall into bondage again by all kinds of things. It replaces Gods grace! It opened my eyes that you shared that you were enslaved to devotional reading Paul. I feel condemned as well when I don't manage to read ''enough'' as well but never saw this as a way of bondage. Well, great video guys

I'm getting free from self sabotaging... I know what God wants for me most of the time but I get scared somehow and then I mess up... which then makes me feel so bad that I allowed myself to do so while knowing the truth and God's will for my life

Im trying to overcome my doubt. Satan has been putting all this doubt and all these negative thoughts in my head about God and his abilities and i can tell its driving a wedge between me and God but im going to keep praying and trying to overcome.
