The distinctive pitch of Donovan Melero is a defining feature of Chico, CA quartet Hail the Sun; like other post-hardcore greats such as Circa Survive's Anthony Green, his transitions between gentle crooning and piercing notes evoke intense emotion on each track. How come everything this band does is magical?
Ive never felt this way about any other band wtf.

Not underrated. Anyone who at all likes this genre likes this band. It's just a matter of reaching more people, which that have definitely done since I started following them in 2010.

they barely played warped tour and when they played Vegas last year they only pulled in like 40-50(maybe 60) people with Artifex Peteo and Eidola

his name is Sergio Medina! he's from the following bands: Stolas, Royal Coda, Nova Charisma, Sianvar, Eidola. he also plays guitar on some Dance Gavin Dance tracks.
