Nice gym you have there. I enjoyed the context of all the additions over time. I have built my own home gym this past year, and it is a work in progress. "Rome Wasn’t Built in a Day, But They Were Laying Bricks Every Hour".

I’ve seen that tough stuff Apollo multi gym advertised for sale by me. How’s the performance of the seated leg curl (loaded tension at top) and extension (load stretch at bottom).
he seated leg curl and extension is my favorite part. Both are smooth and setup well ergonomically. Tension is still pretty high at the end range of both exercises. I remove the back pad for leg extensions and put some foam in front of the post which allows me to lean way back and get a huge stretch. Other than that I mainly use it for machine chest press and chest supported rows, both of which feel fantastic. Let me know if you have additional questions
Why have a bench with leg curl/extension when u got a machine for it? Just never upgraded since bench still works why change?
I only use the bench leg attachment for lying leg curls. Then seated leg curls and leg extensions on the Apollo machine.
I actually really like the lying leg curl and it provides variation so I keep it around.

How’s that smith machine feel compared to a commercial grade one?
I have the same one. If a commercial one is a 10, this one is an 8 or 9.
Don't have much experience in commercial gyms, so I can't comment much. A commercial smith will definitely be larger, which could be beneficial depending in your size. But overall it's quite smooth.
@@JonHomeGym thanks! My only concern with some residential smiths is they tend to be wobbly with a decent amount of weight for pressing movements but this one sounds like it’s not?!

Power rack , is needed . Get rid of the smith machine, body solid gpr400, it’s perfect for your gym… and you can get a pull down rack for it, right now it’s on sale. And it’s way better than my most despised piece in any gym , is the smith machine
Best believe if I was gonna get a power rack, it wouldn’t be from BodySolid. LOL.
