Tire compound is another thing you can do along with the included discussion about PSI, TUbliss. I went to the V33s Gekota, a softer compound knobby by IRC and it's a game changer compared to a firm rubber. When it gets cold, a soft knobby really helps. Gotta love Walker when wet, it dramatically increases your skills...makes summer riding seem easy.
I've been contemplating the gekkota, been running cheaters with tubliss at 4psi out back and have been fairly happy with them. I thought I read that gekota's cant be run with tubliss because the sidewalls are too soft, another I thing I was concerned about was the spacing between knobs....
Oh I love the seat plop move, and pulled it off a few times during this ride (4hr ride 15-min video) sometimes its just not possible though, sometimes we're dog s%&t tired and forget our techniques lol
I always feel like a dick being air pressure patrol but I cannot tell you how many newbies or mx guys just do not comprehend the need to be low psi and in a higher gear!
@@pnwoodzz I ended up refusing to help a dude that just wouldn't listen...said 12 psi was plenty low and he refused to go any lower, then asked me to ride his bike out hahaha.
The Best of Walker Valley!
Oh I stirred the pot with this one lol Hoping the Enduro Gods forgive me :) Its up there with the best

That's so gnarly out there
Awesome video! Have any of you tried bouncing on your seat to get over some obstacles?

Makes a huge difference, in most cases you are increasing your contact by 50-100% with just 3-4psi
