As painful as it is to watch this freaking press con, this was the moment I became a solidified A'TIN because I was impressed with how SB19 answered with respect and intelligence; I was more impressed to witness their talent! Filipino entertainment reporters are equal to those gossipers you find in the water cooler or the street corner; most of them are unprofessional, unethical, and uneducated. They only became so-called showbiz reporters because they ingratiate themselves to a celebrity's circle or worm their way into a TV network, etc. In short they suck LOL
That's one press conference that is so hard to watch until now. The 2 people who asked those ridiculous questions were veteran entertainment editors who should know better. One of them, Izah Red, suddenly died just a month after this event. I don't want tn speak ill of the dead, but.... The other one I don't care to know. Maybe he worships Stell now.
About asking sexual orientation of a person is quiet common in here, I've grown up hearing those things to use an insult to people. Im quilty for some reason when i was younger i made it for some jokes cause that was ive heard from everybody around me but ive learn and i really hate hearing those things now, ive had alot of friend that are member of LGBTQ and they are fun to be around. Hopefully in the near future people are more aware or open and not using genders to make an insult to anyone.
Thats the reason why they left that company. Not because of tatang robin but the new owner who is a hypocrite and arrogant. No respect to their artist. Until now im so piss off about that thing. But gladly they endure it until the very end. 😤😤
I watched almost the whole interview and that wasn’t the only infuriating thing in the interview. Some of the “reporters” were very condescending and insulting. Be glad you did not watch the whole thing.
The press conference was attended by a lot of gay journalists (who probably hate themselves) and so when they see straight people who are doing something special, they take their personal frustrations on those people. 1 or 2 of those journalists who were extremely rude actually died already so wherever he is, he did not witness the success that SB19 brought to themselves and to the P-Pop industry.
