- In this video i have shown how to perform CHEST WORKOUT for beginners. Below are the summary of this workout session.
1. Warm up sets 3-4
2. Push ups- 4 sets [ 15,12,10,10 ]
3. Bench press- 4sets [15,12,10,10 ]
4. Incline press- 4sets [ 15,12,10,10 ]
5. Pec dec fly( butterfly) - 4 sets[ 15, 15, 15 ,15 ]
6. Dumbbell pull over - 4 sets [ 15, 12 ,10 ,10 ]
In chest exercises focus on STRETCH AND SQUEEZE.
