Max would probably need some time to adapt to a Mercedes but in my humble opinion, after some time I do think Max would perform better than George if they drive the same Mercedes car, especially in the rain.

In the event of a major regulation change, it wouldn’t be foolish for George to look elsewhere for the next big powerhouse team, and any team with George has the potential to become that powerhouse.
