@@JaredGti07 We sell and use the CTS kits as well, drop us an email when you're ready and we can likely help a little. But keep in mind, it doesn't come with everything, you still need to consider, fueling, software, clutch, exhaust, boost control, etc.

Appreciate the feedback. There are lots of videos or there that explain timing. At this point we're just showcasing some of the projects we build and tune. Maybe add someday we'll get into more specific tuning stuff but not at this time. We're new to UA-cam so putting out more general content that everyone can enjoy is our first step. A wild guess how much can the 3.2 vr6 (bhe) handle in its stock form? Without being a time bomb :D a safe number around 300-320 from the factory 250hp or thats too much?

CO Motorsports the car doesn’t have a aftermarket boost controller. Its the original one from factory that uses a electronic valve but cant be adjusted manually
Here’s the deal. I got a 3.2L motor from an A3. I got it with the wire harness and ecu. I want to swap it into a MK2 Jetta gli. I have a VR6 6speed tranny that’s rebuilt. I went to the junk yard picked up a 6sp shifter. Now I am looking for axels, and a swap kit. What other turbo kit options do I have instead of HPA MOTORSPORTS?
HPA would be the last place I'd look for what you're doing. Check out the video of the 3.2 swap we did in a caddy. We used eurowise gear in that one but there's also fabless as well.
@@Continental719 Oh sorry you said nothing about turbo in your previous posts. We can certainly help with most of the turbo setup. However being a MK2, some stuff will need to be custom of course.

We actually enjoy the Innovate 2-1 wideband/boost controller. But this is what the owner had so we made it work. It works fine, the problem's the stupid buttons on it which make it painful to use.

Excellent performance! What gearbox do you use and what turbo pressure?
In this vehicle it was stock trans with DSG software. As for boost depends on the application, each is different. Likely says in the video.
Good video. I was expecting you to change the boost controller. How did you even out the boost spikes, doe the software do that?
Got to do with spring pressure settings.

With just a headspacer it will live at 500 for a long time.

Nothing to do with the file and everything to do with the boost controller settings.
