I have an order of a two tier cake with a spacer. Can I use this frosting? The bottom will be 9 inch pan and the second will be 6 inch pan. I would be baking an eggless chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache on the layers. What quantity of white ganache will be required to cover both the cakes. Looking forward for your reply

@@PastryPleasures when it was just the white chocolate i put it in the microwave and it burns. It does the same when i double boil.. i used all purpose cream last time and it didn't burn but it became yellow... you think i need to use a different brand?

Yes I do, it helps set faster, but be careful not to leave it too long as it’ll be harder to add another coat

If you don’t keep it in the fridge after you’re done it won’t be hard inside
