I can DEFINITELY relate to the experience of seeing how happy children are to see their childhood character or hero. I grew up with Barney and at the age of 15, I bought a professional mascot version of the costume and I would visit malls, daycares or birthday parties for about 7 years and just seeing these kids light up in almost an unexplainable way was one of the greatest feelings. It's always been my dream to be the real Barney just for that feeling and aspect of spreading love in the biggest most stupendous way possible.
This is my favorite episode so far! Stephen White is fantastic and his wit is quick! Coincidentally right before watching this episode, my daughter and I watched ‘The Treasure of Rainbow beard.’ When Stephen said that was him, I almost woke her up from her nap to tell her. She’s not even two yet, so I doubt she’d care, but you never know. Can’t wait to tune in next week!

I grew up obviously like alot of people not the most popular kid. I actually got rid of my Barney collection when I was like 10 because I thought it would help me out. It didn't and it was absolutely miserable not having that escape that I used to from stress Thankfully this does have a happy ending...... Years down the line I found likeminded people who love Barney and watched him as much as I have back in the day Going on 9 years as a "Born again" fan and I've been slowly rebulding my collection to what it was. Wouldn't trade it for anything I tell the story to this day as "The time Barney helped me back on my feet" and he really has helped out my anxiety and depression :)

OH Man! I didn't know Bob West did Barney AS WELL AS Jasper. I went to one CEC in Maryland and saw Chuck. Didn't see the robots or anything. I also remember being in Universal Studios Orlando and Barney made me cry when i was a baby. Sadly now they got rid of B&F but they still have CEC...admist this pandemic somehow and when I hear this, my mind is blown. Bob West is the best AND ONLY voice I liked. Thanks for that Steve! Made me happy knowing you were the mastermind behind the Barney we hear but not see

When I was a kid I use to have a backyard gang plush but then I lost it at a clothing center for another barney doll. I'm 24 years old now and I'm still a Barney geek I still watch the backyard gang shows and I still watch the Barney and Friends shows on UA-cam. Barney is one of the reasons why I became a puppeteer making videos on UA-cam.

Wesley's Wuppets when I was little I took my old Barney doll (who-knows where it is now.) To See Santa with me. I held my Barney doll while talking a picture with Santa. Heck. My new Barney doll I’ve had it since 2014 when I saw A Day at The Park With Barney I ALWAYS sleep with it! Every night. And for Christmas last year I got a BIg Barney doll that talks and for my birthday last year (when I turned 21) I got a BJ doll.

Glad to know the mouth of Barney funny story I remember when I was 8 in 2004 and I had a ear infection I had to be rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night I wasn’t crying so much that my ear was in pain but that Barney wasn’t apart of my operation my doctor who fixed my ear infection gave me a free Barney from the kids area and I was quite since then he goes “you got a friend in him yes I do Barney aka carry stinston

Hi Nancy and Carey I had a crazy idea that probably won’t work but there is a curious George live show that toured a few years ago that is now available for community theaters to license I do a bunch of community theatre myself and I would love to see one of Barney’s old tours shows available for community theatre licensing!!!!

Wow! I never knew one of the Barney writers played Rainbow Beard the Pirate! And not only that but he also wrote one of the funniest episodes of Season 2! That scene where Barney and go on a wild goose chase after Clarence was classic!
