They both sound good to me in their own ways but how's the feel? I always thought the EBs felt smoother than the D'Addarios did

I don't notice a huge difference. I have used daddario so much that I'm kind of more comfortable with them. I agree with you though. I think the Cobalts are at home with a passive bass or a muddy bass to live it up.

Thanks! I don't like them in conjunction with these EMGs. Too much treble. But overall they are great
