25-year-old driver was arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) before crashing in a residential area on April 17, police in Duluth, Georgia, said.
The ATV driver was arrested and faces charges of fleeing and attempting to elude police, reckless driving, and speeding.
