After 2-3 weeks of surgery, can we stay or sleep in knee bending position (20°-30°) for like 15-20 mins while taking turn as it feels good for the moment. Is there anything to worry about like ACL extension things? or is it normal. Because putting your leg in straight position for whole day feels uneasy.
No, You need to wear brace until doctor asked to discontinue it I know it feels uneasy to keep your leg in same position and follow the doctor’s advice strictly

But kahin na kahin abhi bht minor sa full extension me kami h. Whenever I walk.. I mean. Long brisk walk.. lower part of my knee got hurt little bit. Actually mane surgery krwane me bht delay kr dia tha. My ACL got injured in 2015.. and doctor ne surgery bol diya tha but mane krwayi nhi. And mane gym continue rkha. muscles to strong ho gyi .. but bht kuch damage hone lg gya . Ab September 2023 me surgery krwayi h. Delay krna bht galt kiya mane .
Its been 3.5 months of my ACL reconstruction surgery. Sometimes there is a sudden stretching of muscles behind my knee and it starts paining so much that I can't even put my leg back on ground. I m not sure if it is muscle or meniscus but the pain is too much to be able to bear. Did you ever went through this ? Also my walking speed is very slow. I can't walk fast enough like a normal walking speed. Can you pease share your experience on the walking speed and pattern.
If the pain is unbearable i'd suggest consult to your doctor first and walking speed could be slow because of pain and i hope you are doing physiotherapy regularly and about my walking speed, I started walking slowly then as i was gaining strength my walking speed become normal

I would suggest first discuss this with your physio / Doctor and do your exercise properly. My knee extension was normal but i struggled on leg extension machine this is because of developing knee strength

Nice video.. it’s been 3 months I got my ACL surgery and meniscus repair done. Now I started brisk walk.. I m able to do full squats , supported lunges… knee bending is complete. But kahin na kahin abhi bht minor sa full extension me kami h. Whenever I walk.. I mean. Long brisk walk.. lower part of my knee got hurt little bit. Actually mane surgery krwane me bht delay kr dia tha. My ACL got injured in 2015.. and doctor ne surgery bol diya tha but mane krwayi nhi. And mane gym continue rkha. muscles to strong ho gyi .. but bht kuch damage hone lg gya . Ab September 2023 me surgery krwayi h. Delay krna bht galt kiya mane .

Its been 3.5 months of my ACL reconstruction surgery. Sometimes there is a sudden stretching of muscles behind my knee and it starts paining so much that I can't even put my leg back on ground. I m not sure if it is muscle or meniscus but the pain is too much to be able to bear. Did you ever went through this ?
Also my walking speed is very slow. I can't walk fast enough like a normal walking speed. Can you pease share your experience on the walking speed and pattern.
If the pain is unbearable
i'd suggest consult to your doctor first and walking speed could be slow because of pain
and i hope you are doing physiotherapy regularly and about my walking speed, I started walking slowly then as i was gaining strength my walking speed become normal

@@adityaanand4749 nope i haven't use any cap and there was no swelling around 3 to 4 months and i have started running also doctor didn't recommend any knee cap to me but yeah they said try to walk on flat surface

Knee bending 95-100° hai
And main chiz leg extension achieve nai ho raha hai matlab pura straight nai ho raha hai
Did you achieve extension easily ?
Its almost 3 months now and i have 10° bend leg still
I would suggest first discuss this with your physio / Doctor and do your exercise properly.
My knee extension was normal but i struggled on leg extension machine this is because of developing knee strength

Almost 1 months hi gya hai surgery ko meri but sometimes walker ke sath jyada chalne pe like 10 minutes chalne pe knee ke thode uper swelling ho jati hai but next 1,2 din bad fir normal ho jata hai. Is it common? Apne sath bhi aisa hota tha jaise kabhi kabhi swelling ho jaye walk karne pe.

But haa it is hard, also jaise iss video ne bataya ki 1month mai inka bhi 90hi hua tha, toh I guess its fine...sabki recovery alag hoti hai, just focus on increasing range every few days... Also aapka physio and Doctor aapke particular case ko best bata paenge...
But jitna maine dekha bhale hi 5-6weeks bhi 90rhe toh bhi full range toh eventually aa hi jaaega, but do keep pushing!
