Diagnosed with Grade 3 complete ACL tear , about 3-4 years back .
I am a bodybuilder and I squat heavy and also do all of my workouts.
When I squat deep down and get up , a sound is heard , which feels like a tearing of some tissue kind of sound and it's been there since I broke my ACL .
I have been lifting heavy amd doing all my work , prolong standing make My knee hurt sometimes and once in a while I feel pain behind knee while trying to straighten my leg to the max .
