Are you using the cloud or the offline version of the app? Please contact us at support@reportandrun.com. The image builder is available in the cloud version and version 2 of the offline version of the app (which is not fully available on Android at the moment)
The offline version for iOS and the cloud version both have the image builder at the moment. Please contact us at support@reportandrun.com so that we can work with you to get it working.
