I had so much fun with this tutorial that I'm making it into a scene with multiple birds. I started with the little guy you made, then I did a pair of lovebirds, and I'm currently working on a rainbow lorikeet that's in flight and about to land on a branch. I might add one more, a fairy wren, so that all my favorite birds are represented.

I just bought your brush sets and painted this little bird (by the way: parrot :-) )
Once again, thank you for your wonderful tutorials and very good step-by-step explanations. And even though everything is explained so well, it also takes a lot of PRACTICE to paint really nice pictures with my own style.
Your strokes are more flowing, your shapes look rounder and the results "cuter". There is still something missing in my attempts, the strokes are not so fluid, and the results not sooo cute. But I'll keep at it and keep practicing - luckily there are still so many wonderful tutorials from you!!!
