@@JLMTAuto Subbed to the channel! I'll be starting a channel shortly doing maintenance/driving type stuff on mine as well. I've got a pile of parts about chest high right now and waiting on more haha. Looking forward to seeing what you've got coming up!

Hi 👋
Can ask what mileage was on the car when this happened.
I’m buying with 85000 miles on it next week 🙂
@@jasonskinner3847 hi buddy, this had slightly higher mileage, and was the only issue I had with the car during my ownership ☺️
How much should it cost roughly to get a tank pump replaced roughly do you know, ? Thank you!
If you’re doing it yourself about £100 ($120), if you plan on getting a garage to do the work it shouldn’t be more than 2 hours labor 👍🏼
Hope this helps!
What hapoened too the car when the issue came??
I pulled onto a 70mph road and it just felt like the car had no power, then slowly came to a complete stop and wouldn’t fire back up!
@@JLMTAutodoes it crank but no fuel?
@@hunghuge7262 exactly it would crank but wouldn’t start
@@JLMTAuto ah thanks, guessed i needed to buy a fuel pump for my rs5, been sitting for a while same issue crank with no start
I was shocked when my dad showed me the back of your S5 exhaust not as good as your other japanes car you had but still amazing
I may have some new exhausts tailpipes ready for it!
My fuel pump just went aswell. Audi is currently replacing it for me :(
It’s a common issue on 3.0 engines
@@tryhardxxxx9562 4.2 v8 for me
How much did they charge to fix it?
@@rickymcd15 sadly, on average the cost I’m getting is around 2k however. It’s such an easy thing to replace the parts are expensive but no where near 1000$ each HPFP, so I found two in the used market and swapped it out and bam, 400$ fixed and working oerfectly
