Amazing how the uneducated claim to describe Muse as "noise". Muse's music is actually so deeply woven and developed for a band numbering only 3 full time, that I find myself amazed everytime... This isn't their best song by any means, but Glorious, Butterflies and Hurricanes, and Falling Away with You are all superbly complex and deep pieces, and anybody who cannot admit that fact obviously has no ounce of music in their blood, and shouldnt even bother to post these worthless "critiques".
Trying to prove that music sounds good is like trying to prove that a certain food tastes good. It's comes down to personal taste, perception, and opinion. Don't criticize what I listen too and I won't criticize what you listen too. Is it really that hard people?
most songs make me think. AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION, not that its your business, I don't listen to pop. Most pops singers are airheads who know nothing about singing. I'm not saying its a bad song or that its a bad song. Just that I don't think it as good as their other stuff. If you have a problem with people having a problem with the music you listen I suggest you don't critize another on theirs.
MetalHeavyGuy, you're wrong. This isn't Muse's best track by a long way. And btw i am a big metal fan too. But Muse are awesome. Deep, rich and interesting soundscapes coupled with amazing guitar parts (not to mention the bass and one of the best drummers around). Muse FTW!
