    Good advice Pooky and so simple. With Buddy by your side you certainly are safe. He sits there being alert and finely tuned to his mission. Don’t let that snoozing look deceive you. Buddy is a superdog! 😁

    Thanks yet again for a useful video Pooky. From your list I’m often using 'you’ve done this before, you can do it again'. I still do it in third person even though I try to use first. It works for me even though I never knew it was a 'thing'.

    I love positive affirmations, my anxiety one is "smile, breathe & go slowly." I use them a lot in lots of different ways though and I have a load of affirmations/quotes in my crisis kit too

    How do you get into a habit and routine of saying them to yourself? I really struggle at times to develop new routines.
