Thanks yet again for a useful video Pooky. From your list I’m often using 'you’ve done this before, you can do it again'. I still do it in third person even though I try to use first. It works for me even though I never knew it was a 'thing'.

I love positive affirmations, my anxiety one is "smile, breathe & go slowly." I use them a lot in lots of different ways though and I have a load of affirmations/quotes in my crisis kit too
