BDO | Awakening Maegu Spiritforging Guide

Hello friends! I commonly see misunderstanding of how the spiritforging mechanic works for awakening maegu so here is a guide that hopefully explains it well enough to clear it up.
I've also included an explanation of the crit buff that results from using spiritforged spells.
You may want to set the video to a slower speed to catch some of the explanations. I kind of rushed creating the video and didn't spend time slowing down or spacing clips very well.

Haven't tried I only do siege occasionally and I can't imagine it's any good there.

If you don’t look at the buffs often (like me) you can tell cause her purple/pink haze gets denser. She def needs some buffs tho but she still gets the job done.

Buffs do not tell you whether spiritforging is active or not. Looking at the crit buff is useless :(

Yeah it's decidedly mid tier for high effort :/ It has the trifecta of "nobody wants to play this in PvE" - high difficulty, low AoE, bad accuracy.
AoE has always been a dominating factor in performance at many spots and accuracy makes it weak at a bunch of endgame spots even if the AoE isn't an issue and DPS is ok as you have to build accuracy instead :(

it'd be so nice if BDO would give us an icon to see if it was active and some kind of marker to show the tier of crit buff too tbh...I know it makes things dark purple but on low graphics...that's not really helpful

i'm trying her in pve and she looks awesome.. she miss some damage and some aoe .. i hope they will buff her a bit :( .. what do you think ? i don't think its high apm, just medium since skill rotation is pretty easy

I rated High-Very High APM because it's generally high due to the speed of gameplay but very high when doing some input bursts. That said, it flows really well so even though the APM is high it's not very tiring compared to some other classes with awkward inputs.
I think the damage is actually good just the AoE is lacking and it could do with more accuracy either from a buff or -eva shred.

@PeanutMike you forgetting maegu awk is very flexible with combos yes but it still be nice to have icon to tell when it's active no harm at all having a icon stating ur in the fox state at all ... no reason to bicker over it I have my opinion you got urs

While you're kinda right that you don't have to worry much about it as long as you know how it works and begin with a starter it would be helpful to have an indicator imo. Would've at least make understanding it to begin with easier.

So basically, you go into spirit forge to proc the crit buff? Other than proccing crit buff, there is no other benefit of going into spirit forge?

It has extra effects for spells that list extra effects when spiritforged. Some get more hits so higher dmg, others get faster.

they need to just remove spirit forge, and make it a godam active.

? you want the class to become even weaker? that's like making Accel an "active" or basically a normal E buff; it's simply in a weak state now
