Thanks to shrddr for creating this tool, I have been using it for the past couple weeks exploring how to opimise my empire around it. My current empire brings me 505m a day as of creating this description (including farms and true value of some materials) and is not yet complete.
Thanks for watching.

Thanks for showing me how to import the json, I couldn't remember. Also all the other little details really helped!
Feels very bad to have this neglected for years. I just realized how hard it is to get artisan workers (the correct ones). thanks for the nice guide.
Very nice with an up to date worker empire guide, big nice.
thank you king
Yura guides hittin different
Great guide! Thanks a lot.
I was wondering where I could see what skills I should use on what worker for what node and slowly build around that.
Sometimes I feel like I need a PhD to lifeskill in this game.
Very nice guide sir!
ty sir 🥰
thanks for the guide👍
gigaChad Yura right here right meow, love it keep it up

Needed this 10/10. Sorc montage when?

Great guide :)

Thanks king.
Thabks for sharing liked and subscribed
hope it's useful 🤝
best guide. can confirm. became hardcap in 2 1/2 weeks.
i can cofirm i am the gear
I am 100% sure 2 or 3 weeks of 500m a day is FAR NOT enough to get hardcap, but I get what you mean😄
Excellent video, this tool is wonderful, I am very grateful for the video and the tool.
But I have a question, how do I import my modifiers?
Thanks.
You can't. Have to look them up in-game on the map ('Territory Resource Information' top right)
Hey, i love your setup, do you mine sharing your json with us?

**edit** At some point I mentioned that there is max 10 lodging in velia, this isn't true. With 1 basic, 1 loyalty and 3 P2W you can expand to 12 workers

Max lodging in Velia is 12 :)
1 Base slot
1 loyalty
3 P2W
5 Velia room 1,2 and 3
2 Balenos 6-1, Toscani farm
@@SvikthusetThank you! I have 12 workers but another friend of mine has 11, so just assumed it was an event lodging
when assigning a worker, instead of assign button in node pane, try send button of that worker in town pane and you'll have list of nodes where to send sorted by efficiency
Holy shit thanks :D Nice to know :D
Can u add ur friend file? To understand which node to choose.
For some reason python script does not create a json file, any idea how to fix it?
Where does processing come into this? Do I just select the nodes to "keep" if I am processing then selling on the market? How do I know what's the most efficient then?
keep means u are using the material. custom price with keep selected means you are trying to indicate true value on a bottlenecked material
Hi, I am trying to build out a possible empire using your tool, but any time I create and assign a worker. The CP just stays as 'Total CP: ?' on the upper right corner. Any idea what I could be doing wrong for it to not update?
Nevermind, figured it out. I had 3 workers in Old Wisdome Tree for gathering Mass of Pure Chaos from 3 nodes. I had to update Old Wisdom Tree to have the P2W slots.
can you share your combo and addons.
but seriously, after setting everything up, how much time you need to invest daily to acquire that 500m ?
the only daily thing is farms, takes a couple mins. you have processing and selling of materials which u just do every once in a while
Great
Is it possible to get your friends empire file?
so, if homepage and planzones have different options, we should choose homepage?
the homepage allows you to optimise more accurately

There is an issue with Ancado, it will let you send a worker to places from Ancado without properly having Ancado learned/linked to say Valencia. It treats it as it's own city that cost CP, but does not calculate the cost of needing it to connect to Valencia. Since it ignores the fact that it needs to be connected to a major city first it is giving an incorrect total CP used for ANY of the worker nodes.
Example: It thinks it is 6 CP to put a worker from Ancado to Kmach Canyon. When in fact, it is 9 CP as you HAVE to buy Rakshan Observatory to even use Ancado to send workers. This means that the CP Efficiency is vastly skewed as it is calculating off 6 CP when it should be 9 CP in the calculation.
If you are certain I would dm the dev on discord he goes by "shrddr"
I do have a question, in the past (3 - 4+ years ago or so) workshops were decent money as passive income and an option to use your processed materials for.
It seems like nowadays workshops are just dead for moneymaking purposes? CP is just spent on nodes and farms instead?
Workshops can be extremely good, but the setup can be much harder than nodes and farms. I have some workshops myself
@@yurabdo Alright so there are some hidden gems. I've seen some workshops with decent volume that sells but the silver profit is so miniscule throughout the day I'm not even sure if its worth picking up.
Back in the day when people made 30mil/hr they were a lot more worth but doesn't seem like they kept up with the times.
@@MrKryptox Yea they havn't changed workshops in that regard. I think general advice I would give to most players is to just use nodes and farms.
does this uninvest anything thats not part of the nodes we designate on workerman? if so what about storage and stuff?
It does not look at your storage and workshops.
To manually input how much p2w storage you have or lodging, press the config button on a town. After that storage is calculated with the cp cost when you invest in a node
is it better to get perfect skills on worker when its lvl 30 or wait for lvl 40?
after level 30, I roll skills everyone once in a while to make the workers better, only replacing "bad" ones.
can we have one import from your nodes? this will be very very good. thx
imagining getting all perfect worker skill on my every node..
my soul left my body haha..
aha don't worry, it will take a long time to get perfect but once you have the basic setup, you are mostly there!
@@yurabdo i left the game for 3 years because its overwhelming, still to this day with hundred of quest and stuff.
is it acceptable if i sold my node production directly to the market with high demand? (alchemy ingredient and other stuff).
i rather fighting monster than gathering, but i want passive income while im fighting! but i only know worker empire.
@@shaka2tu yes it is perfectly valid, and you still keep majority of the value
increasing the level of a mining node increases the number of items mined?
nah
is there a way for me to just enter the amount of cp and lodgeing i have, and it auto choose the top ones for me lol?
There's no system for tor auto selecting nodes on the map view, tho that would be nice lol
but the untaken ranking is kinda that
sadly this does not work for me does not give me the new file after trying to run python with it
suppose I best sort this shit out now
just says it can't find the files its looking for when i download. Playing through pearlabyss launcher. Tried putting the folder in manually, but the python window just closes and does not create any json file.
anyone got any tips or had this issue?
Got a Fix
Step 1: Download Notepad++
Step2 : Open import_workers use Notepad++
Step3 : Change line 178-186
def main():
paths = [
os.path.expanduser("~\\Documents"),
os.path.expanduser("~\\Documenten"),
os.path.expanduser("~\\Dokumente"),
os.path.join(os.environ['USERPROFILE'], "OneDrive\\Documents"),
os.path.join(os.environ['USERPROFILE'], "OneDrive\\Documenten"),
os.path.join(os.environ['USERPROFILE'], "OneDrive\\Dokumente"),
]
Step4 : Save and Start again
I use steam to play bdo is there any way for the program to be redirected to my steam file since it is searching for the actual bdo file
the file looks in your documents for your black desert folder. where you have bdo installed or whether ur on steam or client doesn't matter :)
@@yurabdo The python code looks for specific files apparently like /UserProfile/Black Desert so it cant find it sadly, not proficient enough in pythong to reroute it
@@Darkdray123 Yeah you are spot on, when you run the program, if it fails to find where your Black Desert folder is in your documents it will ask for the exact path. If you take a look for where this folder is exactly you can open it and copy the URL path and paste it. You can tell you are in the right folder if you can see more folders such as "Customization" and "FaceTexture".

Can't extract the Json i don't know why, I install Python, download the script, but when i use the " script . py " ,the json didn't be extract. I've try with Python version 3.9 to 3.12, Do u know where is the problem ? Thanks !
from the website or running the file?
@@yurabdo I just do the guide done.
I go to Python, download the latest version 3.12, install it. (I tried version 3.10 3.11 3.12 and 3.9.18 )
I download the document import_workers. py
Once Python is installed, I launch the import_workers.py, a window opens and closes.
I tried to right click on import_workers.py, open with IDLE, then run module.
The script blocks at line 133
" line 133, in parse_worker data
assert version ==2, 'this version is probably not suported'
AssertionError: This version is probably not supported "
A friend reproduced the same pattern with the same links as me and he was able to extract his json :(
also you took the time to type in the farming profit but never actually sent a worker to the farm. in this case the profit number is pointless can leave it at default
It parsers 61 worker names then only imports 45?
warning: if the amount of workers you have ingame is outside the F2P town limits, enter P2W lodging in town config before importing, otherwise the housing will not resolve
Wish there was something to assist for PS5 Console... :(
can u export the file for the worker setup so i can import it
no
@@yurabdolol why
@@yurabdo gatekeeping a game, what a weirdo
@@Nidododa stay mad
the imported file with python only import 6 workers and not the entire empire so it's not working
It works, but it only imports workers that are actively working. Also make sure that you relog, before running, if you are moving workers/ nodes around.
bro, u should use higher resolution for these type of videos, i can barely see anything..
Yea I agree, didn't consider mobile viewing
Just show me the nodes to get
thats the whole point of the list.
Hmm... idk this was not helpful at all. I was looking for a lazy method and my friend explained it in 5 minutes. After your vid I had even more questions while not a single answer :/
just go from the list top to bottom
where do the questions come from?
Agreed with this comment. This was a bad worker empire guide. This was such a clickbait title and image. Where do you get 500m a day from? Are you selling or processing? if processing what do you process? This video was simply terrible and did NOT do a good job at explaining. You could of just saved a lot of time by just saying take every node from top to bottom. Stick the recommended worker on that node. Done.
@@harrywang5078 6:04
@@yurabdo I think he means you are literally not explaining anything. At 6:04 you basically just read the first line of data, which everyone else can read for himself.
Even tho you are saying it's an "intermediate guide", this can mean anything. From a POV of someone who literally only knows the basics of life skilling and couldn't care less about it (which is why such a person is looking for a guide in the first place), your guide doesn't really cover any questions. The data table is great, especially for people who are into life skilling. For everyone else it's just random numbers, that are not explained.
What most people wanna see, especially in the lazy method:
1. Easy nodes where you can just sell the stuff (basically vendoring)
2. Easy nodes where you can sell the stuff on mp without any effort or too high waiting time
3. Easy nodes with like one processing cycle, to sell the product on the mp afterwards.
4. The total income from these nodes. (daily or weekly)
(or at least explaining how to get this information on the site you mention, in case it's possible at all)
I have noticed you find some issues with the information provided, as it seems to cater more towards more advanced players. The concepts you mentioned are generally considered common knowledge after watching a few beginner videos. Therefore, I didn't feel the need to cover topics that have already been extensively discussed.
I want to clarify that in Black Desert Online, there are no nodes specifically designed for vending items. I'm not sure what you're referring to in that context.
When using the market as a price reference in BDO, it often leads to prioritizing nodes that are more profitable on the market.
In the setup, I did provide guidance on how to determine which materials are suitable for processing. I understand that I shouldn't spoon-feed you as if I were your mother; you can definitely figure it out on your own.
It's worth noting that there are calculators available which can help you sum up the daily value of the nodes you invest in. This can be an alternative to using the home page for calculations.
Additionally, I wanted to let you know that I'll be creating a guide on pickled vegetables, which I believe will be of interest to you. ☺
Way too complicated for a video game
