I’m a Clinique consultant and it just isn’t trendy. It’s a classic brand and people want new new new new. Plus people’s grandmothers are still wearing it and you don’t want to wear make up your grandmother wears. No one stops to think that it’s been around for such a long time there must be a reason why.
A Clinique face always looks Dewey and healthy no matter the age of the wearer. In this day of extreme beauty trends like excessive contouring & Botox, it’s refreshing that the company is still around
I'm really glad you used Clinique. You're right, hardly anyone ever talks about it. But I have really sensitive eyes & even more sensitive sinuses so I'm forever looking for fragrance free & in particular products that don't smell like anything & hardly any other brand can do that apart from Clinique. Even fragrance free makeup can often smell like chemicals or have that "makeup smell" But for some reason I'm always influenced to try newer brands thinking that newer formulas might be the one for me. They never are. Clinique had it right for sensitive people like me 25 years ago lol. I really do need to stop looking & stick with what I know. Thank you x
You said “True Khaki” and my head whipped around….!! This whole video I’ve been thinking about this Clinique little nub of an eyeliner that I still have but assumed was discontinued at this point. It’s the shade!! It is my absolute favorite eyeliner color because it matched my eyes too. You made my day. Mystery solved. Thanks Blair!
I have used Clinique since 1982. So many great things have since been discontinued, but also some good new stuff since then. Lash power is a go-to for a mascara that stays on. I love the tiny brush, and the brown color is a beautiful rich brown. I sure wish they’d come out with some new eyeshadow palettes. No one but no one has the unusual blush shades that Clinique has (soft pressed powder blush). They are indescribable and very natural looking. Ya the corrector has been discontinued. I used to love that. The best best best lipstick which I loved was remoisturizing lipstick in honey gloss. I’ve never found anything like it and I’m so sad it was discontinued decades ago. Clinique is iconic.
I've been enjoying Clinique lately. I think why many people may stay away from it is their shade selection isn't very wide. Many of their shades tend to pull very pink, even when they are described as warmer colors. Love your looks. Very everyday wearable.
I am in ny 20s and LOVE clinique skincare. I've tried all the fad brands and none worked, or were just MEH. Clinique has a lot of pregnancy safe products too! You've inspired me to try their makeup top
I got the concealer as a gift with purchase from Ulta last year and fell in love. It’s been my go-to for the summer because it’s sweatproof 😅 you might want to try the shade Linen. I find it to be more neutral. Their shade range and descriptions are a little odd to me.
Believe Beauty has 2 eyeliner colors Olivia and Mystic I think you would like Blair. Especially Olivia. Their almost like duo chrome. Very pretty and easy to work with. 5$ I think at Dollar General. I don’t remember if you tried them in your DG video. Because the green does look awesome on you. I have brown eyes with flecks of a weird green and Olivia is one of my favorites. 💖
Really pretty. I have a Clinique blush stick in the same shade and I really like it. I got mine off Amazon 18$. I don’t like driving into town lol. But I do forget to check TJ and Marshals. Thanks Blair! Xo 💖 I’m So happy you’re back! 🥰
I love the colour pop blushes because they give a nice glow without being shimmery. Would you say that the bronzer has a sheen/glow to it once it’s on the skin or does it look matte?
Clinique does make a camouflage concealer which is sooo opaque, very full coverage u only need literally a pin prick amount.. like a pea size is way too much ❤️
I playing catch-up on your videos as I just found you in December... but I love your vibe Blair!💓💓💓 your technique & application are so beautiful & never cakey & heavy! THIS VIDEO is nostalgic for me as in the '80's it's all I wore. I was 15 & had sensitive skin & my Momma believed in good makeup... so we would go downtown to Maas Brothers, which is now Macy's, & get my Clinique! 😊❤ I may go back to Clinique as this is all so very beautiful! Great job on this one!!💟🩷👑🩷💟🥰💄💋💎
I got that concealer on the recommendation of Mandy Davis MUA who really loves it. Unfortunately, the shade I got is horribly too dark so I haven’t really been able to test it correctly. This over all seems to be a really good classic makeup brand.
Brows did turn out nice. I still prefer dying/tinting every 2-3 weeks. I’ve been doing that for about 10 years at home myself. Saves time. And I rarely buy brow products, more money for other makeup! lol
You missed your shiny nose with that powder. Our shiny noses are the whole reason that face powder was invented. This is a lovely video so nice to watch someone so natural, not gushing and over the top. Like talking with a friend.
I know you said the Kosas concealer seems similar to this one. Do you have any other concealers that are a similar consistency and coverage? I love this concealer but it has salicylic acid in the ingredients and I can’t currently use it. I was curious if maybe the One/Size concealer is similar.

Clinique is still here for a reason; it has staying power, and is not just a two- week Til Tok fad.

I love a full face of one brand, but I especially love them when a lot of the products are first impressions like this. It's like 2 videos in one!

Yes!!! True Khaki is so beautiful!! I’m so happy to have it again 😊

Welcome back Blair we’ve missed you ! I love the cheek pop blushes, flower pop blush and highlighter
Clinique is great. There’s just so much competition and always a new brand coming out. Thank you for a cult classic!!

The Clinique cream blushes are my favourite formula ever, wish they did more than 4 shades, they're such a soft, beautiful finish!
I love Clinique makeup and skincare. So underrated!
Definitely agree!

My girl is back!!🥰
I’m so glad you’re back!! 💖
Me too 🥰
So cool to see more about this brand that I think often gets overlooked! Super interested in the khaki liner as I have green eyes, as well. ☺️
Welcome back blair❤️❤️❤️❤️
Welcome back! The foundation is also a great mixer foundation with something that is more satin or matte as well.
Really enjoyed this make-up video. Love the look you have created. A lot of info on Clinique products, really good.

Yes it seems like they call everything a cool neutral. When actually they can be quite warm.
Thank u this is a great video, u are so pleasant to watch ❤️
Hey, could you please tell me is the bronzer like a baked gelee formula or just pressed powder bronzer? 🙏
Agradecida ❤ me encanta clinique y caso nadie habla de ello

It has a slight sheen, but it’s not super noticeable on me 😊
@@simplyblair Thanks Blair. I like the idea of a slight sheen. It looked good on you.

Your old grandmother loves Clinique! Thank you for doing it. I have really missed you💕
Clinique always reminds me of you! 💕
Aww Grandma knows best 😉!!! Plus Blair is sooo pretty so must’ve gotten her beauty from you 💐

I hear a lot of people talking about the Cheek Pop blushes
So happy you’re back:)
Thank you for that TJ Maxx tip 🙏
I am a clinique girl for 40 years!! thanks for a great video. do more clinique
Nice review and you look gorgeous 😍 I love Clinique's makeup but unfortunately not all of these products are available in the Middle East. Thank you
Good products and pretty makeup 😉....

The shade range definitely needs some work!
Hermoso!

Yes! The LYS concealer is very similar too!!
@@simplyblair I’ll check them out. Thanks 😊
The funny thing is as a teenager, I loved Clinique but I haven’t tried anything in the last 25? years!
I have been using clinique since I was 17. I am now 45 and people think I look like 20s
Nice
so attractive face you are. clinique is best .
Love this clinique ,
Hi!!! 😊😊💖
