I've noticed that I feel lower if i've been missing out on the veggies, for me they need to be a priority on my shopping list.

So random but where is the bag the half of an avocado was in when you were making the salsa at around 2:30 ish, it looks perfect for freezing things and keeping them fresh without using single use plastic bags. Also your hair at 10:53 gives me such throwback vibes to your old lush hauls ☺️
you should check out japanese curry blocks! they make a lovely creamy curry, not spicy, and they're so easy to cook with for a quick but delicious meal :)
My family adds milk, butter, and mayonnaise to our mashed potatoes which I know sounds really strange but it makes them so creamy and it doesn’t taste like Mayo at all!

I live alone and am single and have a totally hard time making food for myself, especially in this pandemics and out of work. Any cheap simple ideas for beginners? I have a hard time so many recipes for big families and I’m all lonesome lol.
I have a lot of recipe books but I don’t use them half as much as I should, I tend to rotate very similar meals we have week to week and if I fancy some specific, I’ll Google the key words to find a recipe online x
