lovely recipies all look delicious I put grated carrot in my spag bol and grated courgette. I absolutely love them red peppers in the jar so will try that along with the pesto x
Nothing wrong with adding carrots i do I dice them up v small plus add diced celery and nuke them in microwave to part soften them (good way of getting veggies into my 8yr old ) also I add a oxo cube and lea n perrins to mice when browning off nice rice flavour
