Me again, I also have spoken with the IT department several times, and documented the dates. I also have taken my Epic back in to where it was bought. No one seems to know the answer. Apple sent me a notification today regarding the iCloud not syncing. I can still use my machine, and embroidery is working. Nancy, I’m watching your video now. I have an Epic 2 since March 2024. How do I download what is on my machine to my Mac book Air? My Sewnet iCloud was working, and now for 5 weeks the iCloud is spinning constantly saying it is syncing my machine. How do I start over in using the iCloud? Do you have a visual step by step protocol that is visual. I’m so frustrated. Y Epic keeps logging me out because of the spinning iCloud symbol. Help, and thank you in advance. Ruthie Bane.
To the best of my knowledge, there are no plans to remove the Cloud. The Cloud is what controls the designs and info in our machines and the only way to control content in our WIFI enabled machines.

If they're going to get rid of the Cloud eventually, why upload anything to the Cloud, just upload to Vault.
