Thanks for the shout out! 😁 I'm glad that you tried out Sushi Masa. You have to try out Sumo Sushi next. Sumo Sushi is just as good, except that they don't have any Salmon Skin Salad. I love the Salmon Skin Salad there. I usually order 2 plates each time I go. Sometimes the Salmon Skin can be overpowering, but if they have a good balance of Cucumbers, it tastes great. I personally usually avoid the sushi rolls, because I don't know which ones are good and which ones are bad. And the amount is a lot also, for one person. So I usually get the Sashimi and Nigiris. 10 White Tuna Sashimi, 10 Salmon Sashimi, 5 Eel Nigiri. I like the Hamachi also. I usually eat the Sushi first, and then I follow it with Carbs and Fried Shrimp Tempura. Then for dessert, I get the Fried Oreo with Vanilla Ice Cream. If you like Ramen, I recently tried the Tamashi Menn at Tamashi Ramen, and I love it. It taste very delicious.

Skip the sushi and go for the sashimi. Order mostly whats on the diner menu and not on the lunch menu. I love Sushi Masa for the sashimi. Wish i was with you: I would have consumed your free wine. Lol.
When you walk into an all you can eat and be overwhelmed by all the choices, that is a good thing😋. I think all Asians pick up chopsticks by instinct. It's hard to teach others how to use them, I just tell them to watch my hands .

Big difference is lunch does not have sashimi. I can't handle all the rice.
