Actually had an inspiring idea on the push handle, and the orange stop pointer, and oh wait Yeah I like the simplified idea of your toggle clamping.

Nice idea with the fast clamps. In that case you can also make an easy fast table extension clamp if you ever need to saw longer pieces in 45degrees.

Excellent idea. I think after seeing your video, I would attach the toggle clamps to solid wood, as you can see the MDF slightly pulling away when under strain, easy fix. You have a new subscriber, thanks for sharing

This is a great sled. What is the part on the back for, that has five holes in it? It looks like for clamping the sled into place somewhere, but I am not sure how to use it in this case.

I realy like your project... But... This orange triangle and that plate with 5 holes at the end is for what? I don't get it.

The orange triangle is the safety line of the saw blade.
I painted a prominent color. I have to stop when the color breaks.
The plates in the five holes are just the remaining wood. Do what you want. Thanks :)
