The iPhone 11 stabilization has got to be one of the great upgrades from the previous model. I still think the wide lens does provide the best quality out of this phone. Keep the videos coming man!

u can switch the mode to 4k 60fps.
I think the stabilization on that mode is not fit for vlogging
@@denden9111 4k30 and 4k60 are better, for vlogging too. the stabilization of this phone is amazing

I heard the mic is pretty good at picking up any sound from whatever direction the camera is facing towards

Stabilization in iphone 11 up is hands down top notch
Niiiiice. I dropped my Canon G7x and it's in repairs. I needed a new phone anyway, I impulsively bought this bad boy. Stabalization is dope, the wide is not for close up vlogging, I've already got long tree arms. Will keep that in mind =)

Hi Eliot thanks for this! Would you still recommend iPhone 11 for making videos ? Do you know if the triple camera on the iPhone 11 Pro adds anything for videos or is this just for photography ? I’m interested in using the focos app for bokeh effect in videos which I think you need at least two lenses for - not sure whether it would use all 3? Cheers !

It's weird. I shot a video in 1080 at 30fps on my iPhone 11 and when I uploaded that video to my UA-cam channel, the max resolution I can view it in is 720p. Do you know why that would be?
If you're viewing it on your iphone 11 its because of the display, have u tried viewing from another device?
It will only give 720 as the best viewing option and I’m thinking it is due to the old Mac Air that I used to create the video. I usually use my MacBook Pro so perhaps the iMovie I’m running in the air isn’t able to export 1080 quality vids.

The warping I believe is vignetting? Yes? Maybe? I don’t care? Lol. I am a cheap man so I’m not the guy standing in line at apple every year to get the newest iPhone. My brother is 64 and he is that guy who drools over every new anything with apple so I get his hand me downs. I just got a new iPhone 11 Black Friday 64gigs for $199 and I’m hooked, great concert video camera for sure.

I have the same iphone 11. Thank you. Just wondering how do you upload a video that you shoot from Iphone11 front facing camera for optimal UA-cam video settings? When I try to edit videos that I shoot from Iphone11 front facing camera and edit on premiere pro and upload to UA-cam. It doesn’t give me the ‘ full size ‘ video. I shoot videos with my front facing camera and landscape style. When I upload to UA-cam there are blank black spaces on the side of my video and the video size is not “full screen”. It looks small. So I wonder. Thank you !
