Anyone else see the comparison of Ryan Howard to Don Draper from Madmen? The character ark is very similar, except for Draper was successful from the start, but they flash back to when he was basically an intern, when Roger Sterling gave him a chance. I know Ryan is a prototypical Millennial, but I think Draper might have been the same thing for his time.
A bit uneasy about Creed as No. 1 main character. He always rubbed me as a background fan favorite character with sprinkled in funny or crazy moments. I think Angela deserved a spot on the list much more. Not #1, but she had several engaging storylines, growth and development, notable and memorable opinions that changed over time, conflicts, perfectly peak Office humor moments, and had much more screentime devoted to her than Creed. Gotta disagree with your list here in that regard, but I love the work you’re doing for something you clearly love so much!
I just started watching Silicon Valley, and he's honestly one of the highlights of the show for me. I'm excited to get to season 6 of the Office to look at his character through a different lens.
Mulverine the problem with Andy is they always switch what they are trying to do with him. And for me none of them work. For me season 8 was the worst he has ever been. Season 9 at least they highlighted how horrible of a person he is.

I can’t believe you included Erin and not Oscar or Angela
The only thing I would change is to exclude Jan Levinson and include Angela. Her waspish character changes when she finds happiness with Dwight, maybe not a lot, but enough to make her genuinely interesting. As for your number one pick....yay Creed! 😀
Like a failed millennial version of Don Draper. I can see it. Especially Wulph.com Ry...

So glad Toby made this list
that last line of andy was for,
"The office and the Hangover"
🙂
Love that you put Creed up there, he's my favorite character. I would have picked Gabe over Andy personally, can't get enough of GSL.
I just started watching Silicon Valley, and he's honestly one of the highlights of the show for me. I'm excited to get to season 6 of the Office to look at his character through a different lens.
Provençal Le Gaulois You have Gabriel Susan Lewis over Andy Bernard?😳
Mulverine ohhhhh you haven’t seen the other seasons of Andy. I was so confused why he’s so high lol
Oh I’ve watched the series so many times. I haven’t gotten to S6 in my reviews yet. Andy’s got some great moments! Also unbearable moments too.
Mulverine the problem with Andy is they always switch what they are trying to do with him. And for me none of them work. For me season 8 was the worst he has ever been. Season 9 at least they highlighted how horrible of a person he is.
Wat about Oscar and Angela?
Wow. Creed is my favorite character as well
