They contacted my club about me having a trial there so I went there for a few days and then was asked to continue on. Not sure if they contacted me from games or a training they attended.
They don’t start making it a full time academy team until U15. Right now everyone has their main team and this team is a pool of players for trainings and games for evaluations.
Buddy wheres the depth on the leg press, that's not gonna get you the gains. next time raise the seat or move it closer to base platform or whatever you need to do to have more depth and not stop at bottom, less stopping and more distance for reps is gonna increase the muscle tension and increase the gains.
