My parents thought it might be a good way to possibly get a little exposure and if not worst case you have some good memories on the soccer journey.

Not really, just do alot of soccer practices/ trainings and sometimes some fitness things like running in the off season.

You should try some it really helps. I like doing upper body ones like basketball and ping pong.

@DMorin2011 I do it on recovery days to promote blood flows for muscles and it makes you more athletic and mobile

It’s a tournament outside of Houston in the Woodlands that happened the week of Thanksgiving. A lot of really good teams come here. We got to play teams from the US🇺🇸 and Mexico🇲🇽. First time I’ve been a part of it.

It’s a pretty big gap in talent you face. You face teams that are really big, fast and skilled. Definitely will make you a better player with that kind of competition!

Depends on which team. At Midwest it was more of ID sessions only. Just show up and play scrimmages mainly but a few other things. At Crew definitely as a trial and we did a wider arrangement of drills, small sided games and scrimmages as well. Videos of both on the channel. I don’t remember off hand what exact things we did.
