Depends on which team. At Midwest it was more of ID sessions only. Just show up and play scrimmages mainly but a few other things. At Crew definitely as a trial and we did a wider arrangement of drills, small sided games and scrimmages as well. Videos of both on the channel. I don’t remember off hand what exact things we did.
I’m not sure… they should be posting about it on their socials in a month or so. It’s a free thing just might need contact information for players they’re interested in.
They don’t select the U15 team until around spring so not sure yet. I just keep coming back until they say don’t. It’s been a great opportunity to play with them though.
