First get an energy sword, then a ranged weapon, finally if you get a red reticle on an enemy with the ranged weapon in Halo 2 original, you should be able to with a certain level of frames press switch weapons, and fire into the energy sword, and with enough luck your energy sword lunge will activate and fling you at enemies.
If you’re talking about clipping through walks, that’s only possible in the original release of the game or a modified 30 tick “modern version” of the game.

I’ve done this glitch myself, at 26:37, notice how he sends the elevator up, but then calls it back down, as the elevator goes down, he stands underneath it, and it launches him up towards the top part of the map, when doing this, you become invincible for the rest of the level Not only is it faster, but it makes you invincible and safe, which makes this much easier. I did this once on a Co-Op play through so me and my brother wouldn’t get irritated dying a lot, however, if one player does this glitch instead of both players, then the player who performed the glitch is invincible, but the other player isn’t If he does this glitch, then I’m pretty sure that it’s allowed in speedruns, because if it wasn’t allowed, he wouldn’t do it
Btw something I found out about that elevator to the cable cut section: doing that skip even in H2 Project Cartographer borks the game and causes damage taken not to register. Never woulda figured that tactic and its side effect without this video.
I actually wonder if Rocats has some amount of WR vids and only posts the ones he likes, or once he starts on a new strat. (Now that hangar skip is out, he uploads this until he gets a time he likes with new strats)

I meant going through a wall. Didn't realize that trick wasn't possible in H2A; I thought rocats pretty much exclusively played H2A (vice H2) and I know I've seen him do it, so I suppose I just assumed it was possible.

I recommed a LASO guide, a lot of these strats wouldnt work too well on LASO. If you decide to do it, best of luck!
