These things doesn't seem a taboo anymore just because they're well aware of the nature of the regime. It's what you expect from the regime: Ruthlessness. Obviously, Kim Jong Un seems to have had no choice as to who wished to marry. If he truly loved Hyon Song-Wol, and had his first child with her, then why didn't he marry her instead of Ri Sol-Ju? Was the seven-year age difference frowned upon by Kim Jong-Un's family? Now it is being reported that Ri has not been seen in public for nearly 10 months now so obviously something is not good in the family right now.
Whenever I see those women, their smile catch my eyes. Kim jon un's wife seems to have more or less a forced smile whilst his mistress gaze/smile is more relaxed (like she is enjoying her position). You see this when you look at their eyes

Been a fan of Yeonmi's spirit since her Ted Talk, which eventually led me to this channel. Ted Talks are great. This channel is the best resource I think we have as Westerners when it comes to all things North Korea. The truth is, we just wouldn't know most of these interesting and often horrifying truths of this sealed in country without brave souls like Yeonmi to speak on them. It's wild that we know some of the gossip and inner workings of the country, and only because of a handful of brave souls

Most mistresses are vipers, but think about it. She was raised thinking this man is a god and she probably thought it both honorable and advantageous to be his lover. Even if she ever hesitated or changed her mind, there's nothing she could do. Once the dictator decides he wants her, if she refuses she would be tortured and killed along with all her family and friends. All she could do is make the best of the situation, right? Just gain as much power as possible, so she could protect herself and her child. And remember, there's no assurance she would not one day be replaced by a younger woman and killed if she displeases the dictator in any way.

Obviously, Kim Jong Un seems to have had no choice as to who wished to marry. If he truly loved Hyon Song-Wol, and had his first child with her, then why didn't he marry her instead of Ri Sol-Ju? Was the seven-year age difference frowned upon by Kim Jong-Un's family? Now it is being reported that Ri has not been seen in public for nearly 10 months now so obviously something is not good in the family right now.

Whenever I see those women, their smile catch my eyes. Kim jon un's wife seems to have more or less a forced smile whilst his mistress gaze/smile is more relaxed (like she is enjoying her position). You see this when you look at their eyes
What can lead somebody like Kim Jong-un to such level of cruelty and wickedness? I would say an incredibly sad childhood lacking of love, affection and care, bad treatments (physical and/or psychological violence), serious emotionnal deprivation, unhappiness, and lack of empathy leading to psychopathy, sociopathy and other behavioral problems !
